Zeping Hu, Ph.D. | 胡泽平
Principal Investigator | : zeping_hu@tsinghua.edu.cnIn 2000, Dr. Zeping Hu obtained his Bachelor of Medicine from Shandong University.
In 2003, he obtained his M.S. from the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control.
After that, he pursued his Ph.D. in the Department of Pharmacy at National University of Singapore (2003-2009).
From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow with Dr. Richard D. Smith in mass spectrometry and metabolomics at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
In 2012, he joined the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center as an Assistant Professor (research track).
In 2016, he started his independent research as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Tsinghua University.
Research Interests:
His research interests mainly focus on metabolic analysis, molecular metabolic mechanisms and therapeutic targets of diseases, and pharmacometabolomics-enabled precision medicine.

Then, he got her Ph. D. from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Science in 2020.
During his doctoral period, he focused on the functional interaction between endogenous metabolites and proteins.
In 2020, He joined Dr. Hu’s lab as a postdoc.

Yifan Huang, Ph.D. | 黄一帆
Postdoctoral Associates | : huangyifan@mail.tsinghua.edu.cnYifan Huang obtained his B.S. degree in 2015 and then got his Ph.D. in 2021 in School of Biotechnology in Jiangnan University.
During his doctoral period, he focused on the prediction of glycan structures and glycan mapping tool (Glycomaple) in human cells.
He later joined in Dr. Hu’s lab as a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University.
Research Interests:
Metabolic reprogramming in tumor microenvironment of pancreas cancer and artificial intelligence based single cell multi-omics integration tool.
Xinyu Guo, Ph.D. | 郭欣宇
Postdoctoral Associates | : guoxinyu@mail.tsinghua.edu.cnXinyu Guo obtained her B.S. degree in 2015 and then got her Ph.D. in 2021 in School of Biotechnology in Jiangnan University.
During her doctoral period, she focused on the quality control and transport of GPI-anchored proteins in mammalian cells.
She later joined in Dr. Hu’s lab as a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University.

Mingshuo Wang, Ph.D. | 王铭铄
Postdoctoral Associates | : ww1012044277@163.comMingshuo Wang got her B.S degree in Bioengineering (Medicine) at Jilin University in 2016.
She continued her study at Zhongshan School of Medicine, Sun Yat-sen University,and obtained a Ph.D. degree of Natural Science in 2021.
During her doctoral period, she concentrated on the mechanism of tumor metabolism.
After graduation, she joined Dr. Hu's Lab as postdoc for further metabolism research.

Simiao Wang, Ph.D. | 王思淼

In 2019, she obtained her M.S. degree in Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences.
Then, she got her Ph.D. from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2022.
During her doctoral period, she focused on the quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
She later joined in Dr. Hu's lab as a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University.

Shuohui Dong, M.D. | 董朔晖
Postdoctoral Associates | : linmalfoy@126.comShuohui Dong obtained his Bachelor of Medicine in 2016 and then got his M.D. in 2022 in Cheeloo College of Medicine, Shandong University.
During his doctoral period, he focused on the metabolic reprogramming of 5-FU resistance in colorectal cancer.
He later joined Dr. Hu’s lab as a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University.
Research Interests:
Metabolic vulnerabilities of drug tolerance and/or resistance in colorectal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.

Na Chen | 陈娜
Doctoral Candidate | : chenna17@mails.tsinghua.edu.cnNa Chen obtained her B.S. degree in Biological Science at Luoyang Normal University in 2014.
Then, she got her M.S. from School of Medicine, Xiamen University in 2017.
During her master period, she focused on the function and therapeutic potential of NRP1 in cancer.
She is currently studying for PHD degree in Dr. Hu’s lab in cancer metabolism at Tsinghua University, the main research is metabolic reprogramming in cancer resistance and progression.

Metabolic evolution during lung adenocarcinoma metastasis. Metabolic reprogramming of EGFR-TKI tolerance and/or resistance in non-small cell lung cancer.
Ke Yao | 姚珂

Yangzi Chen | 陈洋子

Yizi Zhao | 赵宜滋

2019-2021, as a member in Shitsan Pai Talent Program, Shimao Yang participated in the lab rotation at Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences(IBP).

Xiangjun Meng, Ph.D. | 孟祥骏
Postdoctoral Associates | : mengxj1990@163.comXiangjun Meng got a bachelor degree in pharmaceutics and a master degree in pharmaceutical analysis at Jilin University in 2013 and 2016, respectively.
He obtained a medical doctor degree in pharmacology at Jilin University in 2019.
His research areas during the doctoral period included pharmacokinetics and the study of biological fate of nanocarrier materials, such as PEG and PEG-PLA.
In 2020, He joined Dr. Hu’s lab as a postdoc.
